By accepting this event organized by Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in performances and activities may involve risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and other unforeseen events. I assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM), its members, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, including any injuries or damages resulting from accidents during performances, or any other incidents.

Food Allergies: I acknowledge that food and snacks will be provided at the event. I understand it is my responsibility to inform Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM) of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM) is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries related to food allergies or dietary preferences.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM) from any claims, losses, or damages, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in this event.

Photography and Media Release: I consent to the taking of photographs and videos during the event, and I grant Uttar Pradesh Mitra Mandal (UPMM) permission to use these images for promotional purposes, including social media and other marketing materials.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this disclaimer and fully understand its terms. I agree to participate in this event voluntarily and understand that my signature below indicates my acceptance of these terms.
